    Installation Steps

    1. Put the installation template on the designated wall or ceiling surface.
    2. Drill holes according to the positions marked on the template.
    3. Open the accessories bag, take out the expansion bolts, and insert them into the drilled holes.
    4. Take out the screws and tighten the 4 screws to fix the device on the installation surface. The sun shield can be adjusted; tighten its screws too.
    5. Connect all applicable wiring properly.
    6. Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to loosen the adjusting screw.
    7. Adjust the device to the desired viewing angle.
    8. Use the Phillips-head screwdriver to tighten the screws back down.

Note: Make sure the installation surface can support at least 3 times the weight of the camera.

    Network Configuration

    • The camera ships in DHCP mode by default.
    • IP Scanner: discovers devices on the local network (only devices on the same subnet are found). Open IP Scanner, view the IP address, model number, and MAC address in the device list, then double-click the applicable device to launch the web viewer.
    • Web operation: alternatively, open a browser and enter the camera's IP address directly, or double-click the device from IP Scanner.
    • Login: default user name is admin, default password is 1234. For security, change the password after initial login and store it safely. After logging in, follow the prompts to install any required plugins.

    Safety & Installation Precautions

    • All wiring and operation must conform to local electrical safety codes. Use only a certified/listed 12VDC Class 2 power supply — never connect two power sources to the device simultaneously.
    • Do not apply power before completing installation; install a proper power cut-off device before wiring.
    • Installation should be performed by qualified personnel only; unauthorized modifications void the warranty.
    • Install in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and heat sources; keep within rated temperature/humidity ranges; avoid electromagnetic radiation exposure (risk of CMOS sensor failure).
    • Do not block ventilation openings or allow water/liquid intrusion.
    • Do not disassemble the unit — there are no user-serviceable parts inside. Power down and unplug before any maintenance.
    • Clean the lens only with a blower or dry soft cloth (or lightly dampened with neutral detergent if heavily soiled) — improper cleaning can degrade IR performance.
