Installation and operation manual for the Sonic Alert DB200 Wireless Doorbell & Telephone Signaler — a two-piece wireless system (DB Sensor + DB200 Signaler) that flashes a light and/or sounds a chime when someone rings the doorbell, works an intercom/buzzer, or triggers another connected source.
The DB200 Signaler receives an RF radio signal from the companion DB Sensor and flashes a lamp plugged into its built-in outlet (300 watt or less incandescent bulb only). It can also relay the signal to other Sonic Alert receivers throughout the home. The system works with or without an existing doorbell/chime and with existing buzzer/intercom systems. Features include a selectable number of flashes (5 or 10), distinct flash codes for front door, rear door, or intercom, a built-in chime (with on/off switch), and support for an additional sensor (sold separately) for a second door or source. Must be used only with Sonic Alert receivers — other manufacturers' products are not reliable with this system.
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and RSS-210 of Industry Canada. Operation is subject to: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) it must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Warning: changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
Follow the diagram matching your installation type (diagrams 1–5, printed on the physical manual). If using diagrams 1–4, a 9-volt alkaline battery is required in the DB Sensor. Before installing, check the switches on the DB200 Sensor — do not change dip switches 1–6, they are pre-set at the factory, but it is critical that the switch settings on both units (Signaler and Sensor) match.
The Audio Alarm speaker switch turns the audio alarm ON (up position) or OFF (down position). Dip switches 1–6 on the Signaler must match the DB Sensor's switches 1–6 (factory default: 1–3 ON, 4–6 OFF). Switches 7 and 8 on the Signaler itself are inactive and can be left in either position.
Located on the left side of the DB Sensor. Used for installations shown in diagrams 2 & 5. When wiring to this jack, make sure the wires are not touching each other.

Sonic Alert warrants the DB200 against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase. Within this period, Sonic Alert will repair or replace the DB200 at their option, without charge for parts and labor.
