    Specification sheet for the Simply Automated USR-40A Universal Dedicated Remote — a SimplyBrilliant® single/dual dedicated remote (3+ way) controller for UPB dimming systems.

    Overview

    The USR-40A turns on/off or dims Simply Automated UPB switches, receptacles, and fixture modules via a traveler wire connection, providing ultra-reliable 3-way-or-more control of new and existing lighting fixtures, lamps, and other electrical appliances. Universal Powerline Bus (UPB) devices transmit and receive lighting scene links over the power line, enabling multi-point control with no new wires.

    Features

    • Dual blue/green LED indication, matching single/dual master dimmer switch LEDs
    • Interchangeable rocker assemblies — supports single or dual rockers, allows color/functionality changes in the home, and reduces inventory costs (rockers sold separately)
    • True rocker action providing both ON/OFF and dimming control of connected devices
    • Provides inexpensive 3-, 4-, or more-way control
    • Standard rocker colors: White, Almond, Light Almond, Ivory, Black, Brown
    • Color-matched to Leviton Decora® faceplates

    Note: SimplyBrilliant® brand Dedicated Remote controllers must be used with SimplyBrilliant® dimming transceiver switches, receptacles, and fixture modules only. Blue LED indication requires an always-hot 120VAC power connection.
