Overview

These SECO-LARM magnetic contacts incorporate gold-plated terminals to help increase contact life, along with reed switches featuring superior breakdown voltage and deactivated rhodium plating — eliminating absorption of organic impurities, polymer growth during operation, and the possibility of contact freezing (especially important at the lower voltage levels typically used in security systems).

Model Options

SM-431-T — Quick-Connect Surface Mount

• Miniature surface-mount magnetic contact with magnet, for normally closed (N.C.) circuits
• Quick-connect terminal block with external screw terminals; tape included to cover screw terminals
• Screw mount using side flanges, or break off flange for adhesive mounting
• 1" (25mm) gap. Dimensions: 2" x 3/8" x 1/4"
• Gold-plated terminals for longer life
• Available in white (SM-431-T/W) or brown (SM-431-T/B)

SM-433-T — Concealed Screws Surface Mount

• Miniature surface-mount magnetic contact with magnet, for normally closed (N.C.) circuits
• Cover hides mounting screws and terminal block; mounts with included screws
• 1-1/4" (31mm) gap. Dimensions: 2" x 9/16" x 1/2"
• Gold-plated terminals for longer life
• Available in white (SM-433-T/W) or brown (SM-433-T/B)

SM-407-5T — Quick-Connect Recessed Mount

• Stubby 3/8" press-fit magnetic contact with magnet, for normally closed (N.C.) circuits
• Quick-connect terminal block
• Switch and magnet have ribs for securing in holes
• 3/4" (18mm) gap. Dimensions: 1" x 7/16" x 3/8" (switch)
• Gold-plated terminals for longer life
• Available in white (SM-407-5T/W)
