    Printable strike faceplate cutting template for the Seco-Larm SD-995C-D3Q No-Cut Door Strike. Use this template to mark and cut the door jamb for correct strike alignment during installation.

    Purpose

    This is a to-scale mounting/mortise template, meant to be printed at 100% and held against the door jamb to mark cut lines and screw hole locations for the SD-995C-D3Q strike faceplate.

    Key Instructions

    • Cut 3/16" (5mm) of depth from the jamb edge for the strike faceplate to sit flush.
    • Align the template to the marked latch line, measured from the face of the lock latch.
    • Do not photocopy this template — photocopiers can distort dimensions and cause misalignment.
    • Note: the SD-995C-D3Q has no horizontal or vertical adjustments once installed, so accurate template alignment before cutting is important.
