Specification sheet for the SECO-LARM RM-R100x Room Occupancy Monitor family — a wireless sensor/indicator system for signaling whether a fitting room, restroom, or similar space is occupied or vacant.
Overview
The Room Occupancy Monitor (ROM) indicates whether a room — like a restroom or fitting room — is occupied or vacant. It's programmable to detect occupancy via a PIR sensor (movement), phototransistor (light), or door sensor input (magnetic contact switch), and can flash to alert staff to check on an occupant after a set amount of time. Each sensor can transmit to an unlimited number of indicators, letting staff and customers monitor room status from a distance.
