    Specifications for the SECO-LARM ENFORCER E-941SA-80Q 80-lb. Mini Electromagnetic Lock — a compact electromagnetic door lock designed for spaces where small size is required, such as cabinets and drawers. Backed by a lifetime limited warranty (U.S.A. & Canada).

    Overview

    The E-941SA-80Q is a miniature electromagnetic lock measuring just 2¾" x ¾" x 1¼", intended for applications where a full-size maglock won't fit. It features low current drain, dual voltage operation, and a detachable mounting bracket for flexible installation.

    Installation Notes

    The lock mounts via an L-shaped bracket with a sexnut bolt and armature screw assembly, using steel and rubber washers as needed. Mounting instructions are provided for three door types:

    • Standard mounting (E-942FC-1K3SQ hardware): drill a 5mm hole through the door, then enlarge to 9mm from the sexnut bolt side only.
    • Solid core door: drill a 5mm hole through the door, then drill a 9mm (23/64") hole 25mm deep from the sexnut bolt side.
    • Hollow metal door: drill a 5mm hole through the door; from the sexnut bolt side only, enlarge the 5mm hole to 9mm.
    • Reinforced door: drill a 3.5mm dia. hole and tap for M5 x 0.8 thread.
