    Overview

    This is a plenum-rated RG6/U coax cable for CATV, satellite, and general video/RF distribution runs requiring UL CATVP/CL2P listing for use in air-handling spaces. It is built with a foamed FEP Teflon dielectric and a low-smoke, 100%-coverage foil + aluminum braid shield for strong RF isolation.

    Conductor 1 × 18 AWG solid copper-clad steel, 0.040″ (1.02mm) nominal
    Dielectric 65-mil wall of foamed FEP Teflon, 0.170″ (4.32mm) nominal diameter
    Shield Aluminum/polypropylene low-smoke plenum-type tape, 25% overlap, 100% coverage
    Braid Aluminum, 75% coverage
    Jacket 17-mil natural-colored, 80°C plenum-rated flame-retardant low-smoke co-polymer, 0.232″ (5.84mm) nominal diameter
