Overview

The AW10-LSUB-BR is designed to add enhanced low frequency response to any outdoor audio system. While designed to pair with the AW4-LS-BR landscape satellite loudspeaker, its unobtrusive design after installation means it can be easily added to any outdoor audio system. With a large 10" woofer completely hidden out of sight (only a small canopy visible, mimicking other outdoor vents), the AW10-LSUB-BR overcomes the greatest obstacle to good outdoor sound: adequate bass response in an open environment.

• Rugged, All-Weather Construction: Rigid PVC subwoofer body with a flexible silicone elbow for easy installation and height/rotation adjustment. High-rigidity, lightweight polypropylene cone with heavy-duty butyl-rubber surround handles temperature extremes from -15°F to 160°F. Visible tube and canopy are color-molded ASA for UV protection and resistance to chipping, fading, or peeling. Included silicone-filled weatherproof wire nuts secure wiring connections for the life of the speaker.
• Impressive Audio: 10" woofer handles up to 200 watts. Full bandpass design allows easy connection with any amplifier; integrated internal 70V/100V transformer supports both high- and low-impedance audio systems. Lightweight rigid polypropylene cone produces 90dB SPL (@1w/1m), with frequency response from 30Hz to 200Hz.
• Easy Wiring Connections: High-quality 70V/100V transformers allow flexible wiring for distributing sound evenly across multiple outdoor speakers at lower individual volumes (avoiding hotspots/distortion). Includes a transformer bypass setting for traditional 8Ω low-impedance operation, with a convenient rear-mounted rotary adjustment knob for tap settings: 70V – 8W/16W/32W/64W/128W, 100V – 16W/32W/64W, or 8Ω Bypass — adjustable without changing wiring connections.
