Remote access setup guide for the On-Q/Legrand LC7001 Whole House Lighting Controller — configuring the Legrand Lighting Control app for remote access via Samsung ARTIK™ Cloud.

Setting Up Remote Access

To initiate the Remote Access Setup prompt manually, go to Settings → Remote Access Info → Remote Access Setup within the Legrand Lighting Control app.

1. Log into the Legrand Lighting Control app. A prompt appears for remote access setup with three options: No Thanks, Later (the prompt reappears next time the app opens), or YES.
2. Choose YES to set up remote access. A screen appears introducing the Samsung ARTIK™ Cloud.
3. Tap to continue.
4. Sign in using one of the following options: Samsung, Google, NAVER, or an existing email account. (If signing into an existing account, enter a new password to link that account to your app.) If no account exists, choose to create one.
5. Enter the profile information requested.
6. Tap to submit.
7. Grant permission for ARTIK™ Cloud to integrate with your system.
8. Look for the activation email sent to confirm the account email address.
9. Follow the instructions in the email to activate the account.
10. Return to the app.
    • If prompted, sign into your Samsung ARTIK™ Cloud account.
    • If not prompted, use the cellular service on your mobile device or an alternate Wi‑Fi network to gain remote access.
