On-Q/Legrand Enclosure Inside Mounting Accessories (AC1051-RC, AC1051-KH) — Installation

Installation instructions for On-Q/Legrand Enclosure Inside Mounting Accessories — the Small Device Ratcheting Clamp (AC1051-RC) and Small Device Keyhole Post (AC1051-KH), used to mount small devices inside compatible On-Q structured wiring enclosures.

Compatible Enclosures

Both accessories are compatible with: AC1060, AC1050, AC1052-CC.

AC1051-RC — Small Device Ratcheting Clamp

Sold as a pair (2 clamps per package, 2 lbs / 0.9 kg per pair). Ratcheting clamps let you mount small devices at an adjustable height inside the enclosure.

1. Adjust: Position the clamp to the desired height, then loosen or tighten the ratchet mechanism as needed to secure the device.
2. Device configurations: Supports two-clamp or three-clamp configurations depending on the device being mounted.
3. Optional — cut excess stem: If desired, use cutting pliers to remove excess stem material above the clamp, then file down any rough edges after cutting. Note: cutting the stem may prevent reusing the clamp later on small devices of the same height or taller — this is a one-way trim.

AC1051-KH — Small Device Keyhole Post

Sold as a pair (2 keyhole posts per package, 3 lbs / 1.3 kg per pair). Keyhole posts provide a simple slot-mount point for small devices with keyhole-style mounting brackets, inside the same compatible enclosures (AC1060, AC1050, AC1052-CC).

Installation follows the enclosure's standard post-mounting sequence — align the device's keyhole slot over the post, seat it, and slide down to lock in place (see enclosure documentation for full illustrated steps).
