    Product brochure for the OEM Systems PS-12 — a 300-watt free-standing powered subwoofer with a 12" extra-long-throw driver and an integral BASH® amplifier.

    Overview

    The PS-12 is designed for exceptional performance and value, featuring a 12" extra-long-excursion woofer with a high-BL motor in a bass-reflex enclosure with a flared port for extended bass response and high acoustic efficiency. The woofer is driven by an integral 300W Class A/B amplifier using patented BASH® technology for high electrical efficiency.

    Key Features

    • Integral rear-mounted 300-watt amplifier with Level, Phase (continuously variable 0–180°), and Crossover controls to blend output with various loudspeakers and room environments.
    • Integral low-pass crossover network, continuously variable from 40Hz–120Hz, with a bypass option for use with an external crossover in a receiver/processor.
    • Defeatable signal-sensing circuit that automatically powers up the amplifier when a signal is detected.
    • Double-insulated, isolated-ground electrical supply prevents ground loops and reduces the system noise floor.

    Adjustable Feet

    The PS-12 ships with 4 spiked feet and 4 rubber feet, attached with tool-less knurled jam nuts. These can be arranged in either a 3-point triangular or 4-point square pattern using the 5 threaded inserts on the cabinet bottom.
