    • Room Sensor, Part No. 1103435
    • User Manual
    • Quick Start Guide

    Control Specifications

    • cULus Listed
    • 120 VAC, 60 Hz line power; requires a NEMA 5-15R or 5-20R receptacle
    • Maximum load: ½ HP motor, 15A resistive, 15A inductive, 3A incandescent, 0.6A electronic ballast
    • For control of electronic ballasts, CFLs, LED, and LED lamps
    • Operating temperature: 32–95°F (0–35°C)
    • Purpose of control: Operating Control
    • Rated impulse voltage: 1500V

    Installation Steps

    1. Verify Room Sensor orientation before installation — note the "TOP" direction printed on the sensor's label.
    2. Choose a good location:
      • Avoid placing directly above a heater or near drafts.
      • Ideal spots: bedrooms, family/living rooms, dens, laundry rooms — anywhere with adequate airflow. Placing the sensor directly behind a dresser, couch, etc. will block adequate airflow and hurt monitoring accuracy.
      • For bathrooms, place it close to the shower/tub/sink (the main humidity/steam/VOC source), at sink height or higher, for effective air-quality monitoring.
      • Keep the sensor within about 100 feet of your Wi-Fi router or access point.
      • Avoid physical obstructions and radio interference in the surrounding area.
    3. Download the Broan-NuTone Overture™ App and follow the step-by-step setup instructions to connect the Room Sensor to your Overture™ system (scan the QR code on the unit/packaging to go to the App Store).
