    The VQ1137H is a high-resolution mini color dome camera designed for ceiling mounting, with a fixed IR filter for accurate color reproduction and a wide 70° field of view.

    Installing the Camera

    1. Select the general direction the camera will be facing.
    2. Mount the camera to the desired position on the ceiling using the provided mounting kit.
    3. Using a Phillips screwdriver (not included), loosen the two screws on the support ring and rotate the camera horizontally as needed (max 180° with screws removed, or up to 90° with screws just loosened).
    4. Slightly loosen the two screws on the support arms and angle the lens vertically as needed.
    5. Once the position and angle are set, firmly tighten all support ring and support arm screws.
    6. Attach the dome cover and dome ring — align the slot on the dome cover with the lens, then screw the dome ring onto the base.

    Connecting the Camera

    1. Connect the BNC female video cable from the dome camera to the supplied BNC/Power extension cable. Connect the extension cable to a DVR, observation system, TV, or VCR (use the BNC-to-RCA adapter as needed for connectivity).
    2. Connect the power cable from the dome camera to the power extension cable, then connect the extension cable to the supplied AC adaptor.

    Warnings

    • WARNING: A regulated, UL/CSA-approved 12V DC 300mA power supply is required for use with this camera. A non-regulated or non-conforming power supply can damage the product and will void the warranty.
    • ATTENTION: Test the camera prior to selecting a permanent mounting location by temporarily connecting it to an observation system.
