Installation instructions for the Leviton/HAI Model 42A00-2 Supervised Wireless Receiver — allows up to 64 unique wireless security transmitters to report to an OmniLT, Omni, Omni II, Omni IIe, OmniPro, OmniPro II, Lumina, or Lumina Pro controller.
The Model 42A00-2 Supervised Wireless Receiver allows up to 64 unique wireless security transmitters to report information to an HAI controller. The wireless transmitters replace wired door and window sensors, as well as wired smoke, motion, and glassbreak detectors. The receiver features spatial diversity, which minimizes wireless signal nulls or dead spots, and may be mounted up to 1000 feet from the HAI controller.
Compatible with all 319.5 MHz GE Security (a.k.a. ITI or Interlogix) and Caddx (crystal or SAW) Learn Mode™ 63-bit wireless transmitters. Not compatible with 80-bit wireless transmitters.

Connect the receiver using 4-conductor, 22-gauge or larger wire. Terminal mapping depends on the controller model:
Verify the Status LED on the receiver is illuminated after connecting.
Press and hold the Mode/Advance switch for ~2 seconds to enter Setup Mode. Use the Set switch to increment values, and the Mode/Advance switch to advance to the next item or confirm/save. Setup Mode configures:
Enter Setup Mode and navigate to the transmitter's address location. Press the SET button until no dots remain on either side of the address number to remove it. To replace, simply trip the new transmitter. To erase all transmitters and reset to factory defaults, press and hold both the Set and Mode/Advance switches simultaneously for 2 seconds — the display will show "EE"; repeat to confirm the reset.

If the receiver is not communicating with the controller, the Mode LED blinks four times per second (vs. once per second normally).
