Overview

The Leviton Decora Smart® Wi-Fi 2nd Generation Fan Speed Controller (D24SF) connects to a Wi-Fi network and the My Leviton app to provide wireless quiet fan control with four forward speeds. Once installed, use the built-in fan speed level buttons to set low, medium, high, or max speeds in addition to on/off control with the Decora rocker — or control it with your voice via Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, or Apple Siri, or through the My Leviton app from anywhere. Built-in scheduling supports specific times of day or sunrise/sunset triggers.

Smart Home Integrations

• My Leviton App — control from anywhere, device customization, scheduling, and management of Decora Smart devices, plus connectivity to My Leviton integration partners and voice assistants. Configure fans to turn on/off and adjust speeds on schedule, set min/max speed limits, choose a preset speed on power-up (or resume last speed), and use an auto-shutoff countdown timer.
• Amazon Alexa — voice control of ceiling fan speeds (low, medium, high, max) from compatible Alexa devices (Echo, Echo Show, the Alexa app, or the Decora Smart Voice Dimmer with Alexa Built-In).
• Hey Google — voice control of connected fans via Hey Google or the Google Home app.
• Apple HomeKit — add to Apple HomeKit and control via the native Apple Home app / Siri.
• IFTTT — connect My Leviton devices to a wide range of IoT-enabled devices/services.
• Schlage — connect to a Schlage Encode™ Smart Wi-Fi Deadbolt via the My Leviton app and trigger Decora Smart Wi-Fi devices based on lock activity.

3-Way / Multi-Location Control

For new construction or retrofit, a solution is available for 3-way and multi-way applications. Wired Companions offer additional in-wall control locations with matching LEDs. For retrofits, the D24SF is compatible with Decora Smart Anywhere Companions — wire-free, no additional wiring required, install quickly, and have a 5-year battery life.

Aesthetics

Features true rocker action — press the top to turn on, the bottom to turn off. The vertical bar on the right side of the paddle increases/decreases fan speed level. Vanishing LEDs on the left side of the paddle show current and target fan level with real-time feedback.

Wiring

Wiring runs LINE and NEUTRAL from the branch circuit through the controller, with LOAD and TRAVELER connections to the fan, and a GROUND connection. Requires a neutral wire for installation — refer to the full PDF for the complete wiring diagram.
