FortrezZ MIMOlite — Vera Controller Installation Instructions

Installation instructions for setting up the FortrezZ MIMOlite Z-Wave device with Vera home automation controllers. The MIMOlite supports multiple functions (relay switching, dry contact/sensor input); this plugin creates 3 child devices that behave like normal Vera devices in scenes and triggers.

Setup Steps for Vera

1. Make sure your Vera unit is running at least firmware version 1.5.622.
2. Go to Apps → Install Apps in the Vera interface.
3. Log in if prompted.
4. Search for "MIMOlite" and install the plugin.
5. After installation, a new generic device will appear in your Vera device list.

Linking the Physical Device

1. Go to the Advanced tab on the newly created generic device and locate the MIMO_Devices variable.
2. Fill in the Device #ID of the physical MIMOlite device — this must already be included in your Z-Wave network.
3. New child devices will be created automatically, which you can then use in Vera scenes and triggers just like any other device.
