  • Brinno PHV1325 Digital PeepHole Viewer — Specifications

    September 08, 2026 2 min read

Specifications for the Brinno PHV1325 series Digital PeepHole Viewer, a battery-powered LCD door peephole with Regular and Zoomed viewing modes.

    Full text manual (for reference)

Product specifications for the Brinno PeepHole Viewer (PHV1325 series) — a digital door peephole viewer that replaces the traditional optical peephole with a bright, easy-to-see LCD display.

    Overview

The Brinno Digital PeepHole Viewer turns the small, distorted image seen through a traditional optical peephole into a large, bright picture on a 2.5" LCD screen. A single button press turns on the viewer, and repeated presses cycle between "Regular" and "Zoomed" display modes for a closer look at who's at the door. It automatically powers off after 10 seconds to conserve battery life.

    Why a digital peephole?

Traditional optical peepholes have several drawbacks: poor image quality, difficulty seeing in low light, the need to place an eye directly against the door (darkening the peephole and signaling you're home), and difficulty for children or older adults to use. The Brinno PeepHole Viewer addresses all of these with one-button activation, low-light compensation, correction for "fish-eye" distortion, and a large, easy-to-read display for people of any height or age.

    Key Features

    • Simple one-button operation — no need to place your eye against the door
    • Regular and Zoomed viewing modes, cycled by repeated button presses
    • Automatic shutoff after 10 seconds to conserve battery
    • Low battery warning (flashing red light)
    • 190-degree wide-angle peephole lens included
    • Compensates for low-light conditions and fish-eye distortion
