Installation and pairing instructions for the AutoSlide Wireless Push Button, the default trigger controller for AutoSlide automatic doors.
Installation and pairing instructions for the AutoSlide Wireless Push Button — the default trigger controller for AutoSlide automatic door units.
The AutoSlide Wireless Push Button is the default controller for the AutoSlide automatic door unit, offering straightforward setup and reliable triggering. Each push button requires 4x CR2016 batteries (included) or 2x CR2032 batteries (one per clip), and includes a tape strip fixed to the back for mounting.
Note: the AutoSlide unit should already be mounted, powered on, and programmed before pairing the push button. Do not mount the push button until it has been successfully paired.
Repeat this process for each additional push button. If the red Sensor Learn light goes out on step 3 instead of flashing, the push button is already paired to the unit.
If a push button is paired but doesn't open the door, it may be set to a disabled sensor port. Identify the current channel by watching the Sensor Port buttons on the unit's control panel (labeled "Inside Sensor," "Outside Sensor," and "Pet Sensor") — the port that flashes green when the push button is pressed shows the channel it's assigned to.
To change the channel: loosen the screw at the bottom of the push button to remove its cover (take care not to fully remove the screw or lose the securing nut). Locate the small black switch on the push button's board and set it:
| Switch Position | Effect |
|---|---|
| Master | Sets the button to Inside Sensor — triggers the unit in any mode except Blue Mode. |
| Slave | Sets the button to Outside Sensor — triggers the unit in Green Mode and Pet Mode only. |
| Pet | Sets the button to the Pet Sensor port — triggers the unit in Pet Mode only, opening the door to the programmed pet width. |
Once set, reassemble the push button and press it to confirm the door opens successfully.
Each push button accepts 4x CR2016 batteries (battery life depends on usage). If the button's range decreases or the blue light weakens, replace the batteries.
