ACNC DP68 iDoorBell Fon — Installation Instructions

Recommended initial setup procedure for the ACNC/TotalPlex® DP68 iDoorBell Fon smart video doorbell, using the YooSee mobile app.

Before You Begin

• The YooSee app (iOS App Store or Android Play Store) is required.
• Create a separate YooSee account for each phone or tablet that will access the doorbell.
• The first account paired with the IDoorBell Fon becomes the Primary account. Additional (Secondary) accounts are paired afterward.
• To restart the installation process at any time, use a paper clip to press the pinhole reset button on the IDoorBell Fon.

Setup Instructions

1. Plug the IDoorBell Fon into the internet router with an ethernet cord — do this even if the final installation will use a Wi-Fi connection.
2. Open the YooSee app and add a new device (Icon 1). Choose "Wired Connection" when prompted. If the device doesn't appear, back out and try again, then follow the on-screen instructions until the device pairs successfully.
3. If only one phone or tablet will be paired with the IDoorBell Fon, skip ahead to step 7 (convert to Wi-Fi) or step 9 (finish installation).
4. To pair a Secondary account: on the Primary account, press Icon 2 ("share") to generate a QR code.
5. On the Secondary account, press Icon 3 (QR scanner) and scan the QR code from the Primary account to pair automatically with the device.
6. On the Primary account, press Icon 4 to open device settings, then go to "Alarm Settings" and press "Add alarm pushing account" so the Secondary account also receives notifications from the IDoorBell Fon.
7. To convert the installation to Wi-Fi: press Icon 4, then go to "Network Settings."
8. Wait 0-5 minutes for the Wi-Fi list to populate. Once your desired Wi-Fi network appears, select it and enter the password.
9. Close the YooSee app and press the IDoorBell Fon button to test the installation.
