Product overview and installation reference for the ABB-Welcome Video Indoor Station 7'' (Model M22381-W / M22381-B). This frameless 7" touchscreen indoor station is part of the ABB-Welcome video door entry system, supporting surface-mounted, flush-mounted, and desktop installation.
Overview
The 7" panel is the newest member of the ABB-Welcome indoor lineup. It features a frameless, glass-finish capacitive touchscreen with an intuitive icon-based interface, at only 7.8 mm thick after flush-mount installation. It supports 2-wire non-polarized installation — one power supply can support up to 20 panels simultaneously.

5-Key Control Layout
The panel uses 5 keys for the main video door entry functions:
- Touch screen — main interface
- Communication button — press within 30 s of an incoming call to answer; press again to end the call
- Unlock button — opens the door at any time
- Programmable button — default function releases the 2nd lock connected to the outdoor station; can be reprogrammed for additional functions (e.g. switching on a light, relay unlock)
- Mute button — mutes the ringtone (standby: this station only; long-press: all indoor stations in the apartment); also rejects incoming calls or mutes the microphone during a call
- Surveillance button — in standby mode, surveils the outdoor station and any available external cameras
An in-built LED indicates missed calls, auto-unlock status, and mute status.
Connection & Addressing Reference
- a1/b1 — bus connector
- Doorbell connector, station switch
- Address selector switches — set the indoor station address: X10 = tens digit, X1 = units digit, X100/X200 = hundreds digit
- Master/Slave switch — only one indoor station per apartment can be set to "Master" (ON = Master)
- Terminal resistor switch — in video or mixed audio/video installations, set to "RC on" at the last device on the line
- Microphone, dismantling switch, Micro-SD card slot, speaker
