User manual for the 360 Electrical Revolve Surge Protector with 4 Rotating Outlets, Model #36036 — installation, safety warnings, specs, and warranty claim process.

    Full text manual (for reference)

User manual for the 360 Electrical Revolve Surge Protector with 4 Rotating Outlets, Model #36036 — a wall-mount surge protector with four 360° rotating AC outlets for accommodating large plugs and adapters.

    Key Features

    • 4 (4) 360° Rotating AC Outlets — fully insert a plug and rotate it to fit, ideal for large "wall wart" style adapters.
    • Advanced Surge Protection — a metal oxide varistor (MOV) diverts excess voltage from connected electronics when the wall voltage exceeds 120V standard.
    • Blue "Protected" Light — illuminates to confirm the surge protector is actively protecting your devices. If this light goes out, the unit has absorbed a surge and sacrificed itself — replace it.
    • Green "Grounded" Light — confirms the outlet you're plugged into is properly grounded. If this light doesn't come on, use a different outlet.
    • Center Mounting Screw — anchors the Revolve firmly to the wall outlet (see Installation below).

    Installation — Quick Setup

    1. Remove the screw from the wallplate covering your wall outlet. Do not remove the wallplate — just hold it in place.
    2. Plug the Revolve into a grounded wall outlet.
    3. Align the plug from the Revolve with the top wall socket. (If your outlet is installed upside-down or horizontally, just flip the Revolve to match.)
    4. Make sure the mounting screw on the Revolve is aligned with the hole in your wallplate, and use a Phillips head screwdriver to firmly secure it in place. Do not over-tighten.
    5. Plug your devices into the Revolve's four rotating outlets, turning each to fit as needed.

Decorator-style wall outlets: If you have "decorator-style" wall outlets, remove the center mounting screw entirely by holding the small red tab in place and backing the screw out with a Phillips screwdriver. Then plug the Revolve in directly, which will cover the fancy outlet.

    Important Safety Warnings

    • Use indoors only; do not use near water.
    • Do not plug any extension cord, power strip, wall tap, or multi-outlet adapter into the Revolve.
    • Only plug the Revolve into a grounded outlet (three-hole type).
    • Do not use the Revolve with a heater, generator, convection oven, conventional oven, microwave, sump pump, water-related device, life support device, medical device, or vehicle battery charger.
    • Stop using the Revolve if either indicator light (Protected or Grounded) is not on.
    • Do not attempt to alter or repair the Revolve yourself.

    Warranty

Limited Lifetime Warranty: 360 Electrical warrants the Revolve (Model #36036) to the original purchaser against defects in craftsmanship, materials, assembly, or design for the life of the product (defined as the period the unit retains its surge-protection capacity — the blue "Protected" light no longer illuminating indicates end of life). At its discretion, 360 Electrical will repair or replace a defective unit at no cost to the original purchaser.

Connected Equipment Limited Warranty: Covers equipment damaged or destroyed by transient voltage ("Power Disruption") while properly connected to a properly wired, grounded AC line, up to a maximum of $100,000.00 for Model 36036. Claims must be made within 15 days of the Power Disruption. This warranty does not cover damage from acts of God, use, depletion, obsolescence, abuse, brownouts/sags, or equipment alteration, and does not duplicate coverage available under homeowner's/renter's insurance.
