Tele-TitanXg Crimp Tool
The gem of this kit is the Tele-TitanXg Crimp Tool, which is specially designed to terminate all pins of RJ45 Cat6A/10-Gig shielded connectors (100 included). The compact, rugged tool provides a straight action crimp at industry-specific crimp heights with minimal effort, and its built-in cable stripper facilitates precise stripping for round wire and flat satin. It also has a built-in cable cutter. When not in use, the crimp tool stays securely closed with a gun-style lock.
External Ground Crimp Tool
In addition to the Tele-TitanXg, the 10GIG Termination Kit includes an External Ground Crimp Tool used to perform concentric terminations. With full control to prevent over or under crimping, you can easily achieve a 360-degree crimp on the external ground tab of shielded RJ45 connectors.
The tool’s dual cavity supports cable ODs ranging from 0.245 to 0.335 inches (6.2 to 8.5mm). Its spring-loaded, non-ratcheted design with molded handles minimizes the hand force required to crimp.
Cyclops 2 Cable Jacket Stripper
Ready to use out of the kit, the lightweight Cyclops 2 Cable Jacket Stripper is used to remove the cable jacket from shielded/unshielded twisted pair and fiber optic cables. The stripper accepts cable ODs ranging from 0.10 to 0.43 inches (2.5 to 11mm), and self-adjusts to automatically score PVC and Plenum without damaging the foils, braids or conductors.
