Password-Protected Car Visor Remote Controls Up To Three Openers

Open/close up to three garage doors with added convenience and security by installing the Skylink Garage Door Opener Visor Remote Set. The set allows you to operate your garage door opener from either the indoor Smart Button or the 3-button remote. The Smart Button replaces your traditional garage door opener wall button to receive wireless signals from the remote. The remote can be password-protected for added security, and includes a small visor clip that easily attaches to your car's visor. It also comes with a wall mounting bracket for indoor storage.

Rolling Code Technology

Every time you press your remote transmitter to operate the garage door opener, a code is generated which is recognized by the receiver that in turn performs the desired function. With traditional garage door receivers, there is only one assigned code. Whenever the remote is pressed, it generates the same code, making it vulnerable to code grabbers who use electronic scanners to steal the code.

With rolling code technology, each time the remote is used, it generates a different code which can only be recognized by a rolling code receiver. Even if an electronic scanner picks up the code, the next code will not be the same, and the receiver will not recognize the old code. As a result, garage door opener systems with rolling code technology are increasingly safe and secure.
