Upgraded Latch To Replace Existing Mortise Latch

The RemoteLock ResortLock Mortise Latch is an upgraded heavy-duty latch for ResortLocks. ResortLocks come with standard latches, which are suitable for new installations or retrofit installations onto doors with existing standard latches. This mortise latch is used for doors with existing mortise latches.

Combining a three-pronged latch and a deadbolt latch, mortise latches provide stronger security than standard latches. They are commonly found in commercial or upscale residential doors.

NOTE: ResortLock does not recommend installing a mortise latch on a door that is already equipped with a standard latch unless done by a professional.
