The Pro-Wire Jack Plate (2 RJ11) is a pre-configured Decorator-style plate with two RJ-11 modular phone jacks. This all-steel plate features gold-plated conductive surfaces, as well as solderless connection.

Port assignment decals (PA-9) are also included for color-coded port labeling. Each pack of decals includes three decals each in gray, blue, orange, black, yellow, red, purple, brown, and green.
