The Leviton 4x18 Telephone Distribution Panel with Cat5e Board combines a 4x18 Telephone Distribution Board and a 6-port Cat5e voice and data board in a space-saving mounting bracket. The telephone board distributes up to four phone lines through 18 RJ-45 connections, making it perfect for phone, fax, or modem applications. The Cat5e board features six Category 5e ports and six 110-IDCs to distribute voice and data service to six remote locations.
