The Leviton 4x12 Telephone Distribution Panel with Splitter combines a 4x12 Telephone Distribution Board and an 8-way 2GHz Video Splitter in a space-saving mounting bracket. The telephone board distributes up to four phone lines through 12 RJ-45 connections, making it perfect for phone, fax, or modem applications. The 1x8 video splitter features gold-flashed F-connectors and tin-plated zinc die-cast housing.
