Ensure your HAVEN Lock can be installed in your home or business with the HAVEN 3M VHB Tape Install Kit. This product is an alternate installation option for HAVEN Lock users who want to minimize the amount of drilling needed during installation or when drilling into the floor is not a viable option.

The VHB (Very High Bond) Tape used with HAVEN Locks is rated at 100 lbs of tensile strength per inch long, making it as strong as most construction adhesives, or a standard deadbolt. When you install VHB Tape with a minimum of two screws (as opposed to the standard six), the combined strength greatly surpasses that of most deadbolts.

3M™ VHB™ Tapes are a family of double-sided foam tapes made from high performance acrylic adhesives. These tapes have greater durability and elasticity than conventional double-sided foam tapes and are a reliable replacement for screws, nails, and other mechanical fasteners.
