Easy-To-Install Z-Wave Plus Thermostat

Add Z-Wave control to your HVAC system by replacing your traditional thermostat with the 2GIG Z-Wave 700 Programmable Thermostat. This programmable Z-Wave 700 thermostat allows you to command your heating and AC systems from the thermostat or through your smart device using a new or existing Z-Wave network.

Suitable for both new and retrofit applications, the 2GIG Z-Wave 700 Programmable Thermostat works with most modern HVAC systems (standard and heat pump). Compatible systems include:

  • Standard Gas/Electric HVAC: 2-stage heating, 2-stage cooling
  • Heat Pump HVAC: 3-stage heating, 2-stage cooling and Humidifier/Dehumidifier support

The thermostat can be powered by 24VAC through the connected HVAC system (if both "R" & "C" wires are available at the thermostat) or using four (4) AA batteries for up to two (2) years. DO not install batteries if the thermostat is powered by 24VAC. If the thermostat is battery powered it will not be able to repeat Z-Wave signals in your network.
