1) Complete the DealerFIRST! application below -- available in two formats for your convenience.

2) Fax the DealerFIRST! application to 858-693-8892 along with a copy of your tax resale card, contractor license or business license (we cannot accept the number alone - we must have a copy of the actual certificate on file).

You can also send the information to service@homecontrols.com.

3) Allow 1-2 business days for processing and you will receive a confirmation email and welcome package, including your special account number and password to see wholesale pricing online.
