INTERCOM CAPABILITY THROUGH THE ENTIRE HOME

The SmartCom Intercom Hub connects up to eight rooms to allow intercom capability through the entire house. You can page all rooms simultaneously or call one room privately. When receiving a private call, the person in that room can answer the call hands free, even from across the room. The Intercom Hub also interfaces with the SmartCom Audio Hub. SmartCom Intercom intelligently mutes the music in each room involved in an intercom call and returns the music to its original volume upon completion of the call. Add a second SmartCom Intercom Hub to expand to up to 16 rooms.

SmartCom from GE Security combines amenities that you want. Multiroom audio and intercom integrate into one system that is both attractive and easy to use. SmartCom provides an integrated multiroom audio and intercom system with control of up to four audio sources, distributed to up to 16 independent zones. SmartCom allows both audio and intercom over installed room speakers and room to room intercom with hands free answering.
