HAI IN-WALL UPB HOUSE STATUS SWITCH, 8 BUTTON, WHITE 
HLC 8 ROOM MASTER HOUSE CONTROLLER The House Status Switch is a powerful tool for creating sophisticated lighting control. Also known as a House Controller, it acts as the master lighting control that shows the status for up to eight rooms. Each pushbutton is slightly backlit so that the buttons may be seen in a dark room. Depending on the configuration of the House Status Switch, one or more of the eight pushbuttons will be distinctly illuminated in blue color, indicating that one or more lights are on in the respective room(s). If a pushbutton is not illuminated, all of the lights in the respective rooms are currently off. Pressing the House Status Switch button will turn all of the lights in that room on or off. It can also be used for various other lighting control applications, such as controlling 8 individual loads or lighting scenes. The House Status Switch is an optional device in an HLC installation. However, it does require the installation of an HAI Omni or a Lumnia Home Control System to your HLC installation. The Home Control System provides you with the ability to change your light settings by the time of day, a set schedule, by the triggering of events (including motion), via a telephone call, Touchscreen, or by a computer connected to the Internet. The default color for a House Status Switch is White. House Status Switch Color Change Kits are available in (HA38A05-XX) White (WH), Ivory (IV), Almond (AL), Light Almond (LTA), Brown (BR), Grey (GR), and Black (BL) colors. 
The buttons may be custom laser engraved with their room names using HA38A062. UPB HOME LIGHTING CONTROL SIMPLIFIED! HLC provides lighting control either room by room or for the whole house. HLC “smart switches” and room controllers provide modular options; set elegant lighting scenes for each room, adding as needs change. HLC "smart" switches and room controllers let you easily set elegant lighting scenes for each room, without the use of complicated software programs. The HLC product line replaces standard "on/off" lighting switches, and gives you the option of saving specific lighting configurations or "scenes" according to time of day or occasion. With the HAI house controllers, indoor and outdoor lighting can be coordinated and set by schedule, time of day, or event. Have the front door and driveway lights come on at dusk, have all lights come on in the event of a security alarm or fire, set graceful landscape lighting scenes or stylish indoor lighting scenes for entertaining or daily enjoyment.
