10 INCH ROUND MOTORIZED ZONE DAMPERS BY RCS

This line of round, rigid motorized dampers is ideal for zoning, sub-zoning or local switch application for your home's heating/cooling system. These "DM" dampers are 3-wire, modulating devices. Uses power to open and close. Device can operate in the partially open position. They are available in sizes of 6 through 14, normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) versions (modulated returned position). These heavy duty, high quality units have been tested to over 200,000 cycles without failure (approximately 20 years). RCS dampers feature a unique self sealing blade which produces a near 100% seal, unlike the old style, troublesome rubber gaskets. They are extra rigid. Installation is simple and fast, with no duct collars or sensitive special handling necessary. The asynchronous motor is a heavy duty, three wire model rated at 24VAC, 500mA.

The RDM series of round motorized zone dampers are the industry's strongest and most reliable professional zone or sub-zone damper with a commercial rated motor.

Floating Point or Two Position Operation: The RDM series can operate as a three wire floating point modulating damper with power open and power close connections. It is also capable of a single contact switched 2 position operation with 100% open to 100% close or as adjusted by the mechanical stops on motor travel.

Super Rigid Barrel: The unique design of the barrel offers extra stiffing beads to assure it will stay round even with the roughest of installation handling.

Energy Efficient Seal: The center bead and blade design coupled with the neoprene seal make these dampers the tightest seal in the closed position, with virtually 99% airflow closure. Adjustable stops allow for minimum closure adjustments.

Motor: Belimo KM/LM series 24VAC Motor. Three wire: Com, Open, Close.
