SmartCom provides a modular, expandable system for the distribution of music and intercom functions throughout the home. Up to two door stations can be added per system. The SmartCom Door Station includes a weather-resistant speaker, a sensitive microphone, and a doorbell call button. It rings a doorbell through the home that can be answered by any (GECCSCRS01) SmartCom Room Station. The answering Room Station establishes a private call with the door and allows the person at the door to answer hands free. The Intercom Hub is equipped with a door strike relay to open a door or gate if door strike hardware has been installed.

The SmartCom Door Station connects to the dedicated door inputs on the SmartCom Intercom Hub.

MULTIROOM AUDIO AND INTERCOM SYSTEM

SmartCom from GE Security combines amenities that you want. Multiroom audio and intercom integrate into one system that is both attractive and easy to use. SmartCom provides an integrated multiroom audio and intercom system with control of up to four audio sources, distributed to up to 16 independent zones. SmartCom allows both audio and intercom over installed room speakers and room to room intercom with hands free answering.
