ON-Q/LEGRAND ALC BRANCH HUB BOOSTS AND CONDITIONS ALC SIGNAL STRENGTH The ALC Branch Hub boosts and conditions ALC communication signal strength for up to 31 ALC switches. The Branch Hub provides connection points for up to 9 ALC Relay, Dimmer or Scene Switches. Connection points are included for connection of ALC Auxiliary Switches for multi-way on/off and dimming control of connected Relay and Dimmer Switches. The Hub extends ALC communication cabling distances up to an additional 1000 feet (1,500 feet total). A single CAT 5E cable provides communication and 12 VDC power from the controller. ADVANCED LIGHTING CONTROL SYSTEM (ALC) Advanced Lighting Control switches enhance lighting control by providing superior, low-cost reliability. Plus, they offer increased lighting control options, such as the ability for architectural-quality lighting, sophisticated lighting scene controls, lighting-based on motion or activity, 2-Way, programmable fade rates, and event scheduling of lighting. Operate groups of lights to create the perfect ambiance or feel more secure with On-Q/Legrand’s convenient, one-touch lighting controls. On-Q’s ALC switches and dimmers come in attractive decorator style wall plates in up to six colors to match any décor, and they can handle incandescent, halogen, and conventional low voltage loads.
