110 VAC ELECTRIC CHAIN ACTUATOR

The UCS Vega Motor System Provides 12-inch chain operation for skylights and awning or hopper windows. The motor connects directly to sash; no operator needed as with other brands. The chain is double-link, all stainless steel, and centered in case; chain terminal is chrome-plated brass. It can be easily built-in into the frame of curtain walls. Stopping in closed position is regulated by internal limit switch. The motor stops in intermediate positions in case of overload.

• Stroke length: 12" (300 mm) opening chain stroke.
  
• Dimensions: 1-3/4" H x 1-1/4" W x 17-3/4" L (45x32x450 mm).
  
• Force: 55 lbs. (250 N) in push and pull.
  
• Speed: approximately 9 mm/second.
  
• Minimum sash height: minimum 12" height if pivoting brackets are used; minimum 39-1/2" (900 mm) if brackets are not used.
  
• Remote control: Vega with remote included is coming in 2007; see current CRM control, remote, and keypad accessories on p. H-10.
  
• UL listing: Ul listing approval is in process; pending for 2007. CE rated.
  
• Pivoting brackets included; installs easily with brackets or directly to sash.

• Applications: for one window/skylight, just use motor and switch.
  
• AC version is US house current compatible.
  
• Voltage supply: 100 - 240 Vac +/-10% (U.S. house current compatible)
