CONTROL CENTER THAT DISTINCTLY RINGS THE TELEPHONE
The TNT-6000 series is designed to provide two-way communication from an existing touch tone phone to a speaker or a series of speakers at entrances and/or various locations in and around the home. A speaker (or series of speakers) is connected to the control center via a home-run twisted pair wire. The control center is connected to the phone line in front of all the house phones. This allows any phone connected to the phone line coming out of the control center to operate the system -- making this a great retro fit product! It can be used in older homes where the phone wiring is not a home-run.
The TNT-6000 series consists of four different models ranging from a single station up to a sixteen station system, half of which can be converted to control relays. This wide range of stations makes this product very flexible, limiting its applications only by one's imagination.
The TNT-6200 provides two station communication with AES that rings the phones when the doorbell button is pressed. This system will allow communication at two entrances from any touch tone phone, or communication and a control relay for a gate or door strike at one entrance. This unit comes in a plastic housing with 24V power supply and RJ-31x jack.
Uses the SP-2000 series speakers. The TNT-600 series step down from 500 ohm to 8 or 45 ohm at the speaker. The SP-2000 series speakers have the proper matching circuit built in to do this function. This process allows for wire runs up to 1 mile without any modification.
AES is an Automatic Entry Select feature. When the doorbell button is pressed, a 15 second window is activated. When a phone hand set is picked up within that window, the speaker at that button is automatically engaged to allow immediate communication.
The TNT-6200 has a built-in camera relay that turns on when the unit is activated and turns off when the unit turns off. Not only can this relay be used to control a camera, it can also be used to control any device needed while communicating with an entrance, such as lights or muting a stereo or TV. |
