PDS - Energy Saving Home Automation

Use the controller, smart dimmer switches, and occupancy sensors to turns lights off when a room is unoccupied. Thermostats can be  “set back” when no one is home. For example, set the temperature back when the controller is “armed,” and provide heating/cooling only when the controller is “disarmed” (or when in the “stay” mode). Zone controllers and dampers can be used to prevent conditioned air from circulating in unoccupied rooms.
