The Leviton QuickPort Surface Mount Housing, 12-Port accepts up to 12 QuickPort snap-in modules for voice/data installations. This field-configurable, high-density housing features numbered ports for convenient port identification. Designed for surface mount installations, the housing is suitable for both in-wall or open-office environments with single or multiple users.

• Snap-lock cover speeds up entry for adds, moves, etc.
• Keyed screw holes mount over standard NEMA openings

QuickPort housing is made with ease of use in mind. Raceway cable entry knockouts facilitate installation, while the snap-lock cover speeds up entry for adds, moves, and other changes.

• Mounting: Use screws or adhesive tape (both included). Screw for the security cover option is user-provided (#6 x 1/2" self-tapping screws). Optional mounting with magnets.
