Product Description
LEVITON IN-LINE NOISE FILTER
NETWORK INTEGRITY IN-LINE NOISE REDUCER
The Leviton In-Line Noise Filter filters out electrical noise above and below 120 KHz where X10 signals are located with permanent in-line wiring. This In-Line filter can be installed between the noise source and the receiver module. It wires across the hot and neutral AC wires. A typical application is wiring the filter in a fluorescent fixture where the ballast is located.
TIP: Pro Installers wire two Leviton LV6289s in the main box: one between neutral and each incoming hot. This eliminates 90% of the potential noise from neighboring homes.
