The freeze sensor detects low temperature conditions which may indicate furnace failure. The sensor contains a bimetallic thermal switch connected to a built-in transmitter. When the surrounding temperature drops to approximately 41â–‘F (5â–‘C), the sensor transmits an alarm signal. When the surrounding temperature rises to 50â–‘F (10â–‘C), the sensor transmits a restore signal. Monitors up to 900 sq. ft.
