GE NETWORX ZONE DOUBLING RESISTOR KITS
DOUBLE THE POSSIBILITIES OF YOUR NETWORX SECURITY SYSTEM
Add to your NetworX Security System. The NX-200 contains (100) 1.74k ohm and (100) 6.98k ohm resistors. Zone doubling can only be enabled when at least one other devise is added to the basic system (consisting of the main control panel and one keypad). Additional devices can include wireless receivers, extra keypads, etc. If enabled, this feature allows you to use the standard zones on the panel as twice the normally closed zones.

When used with the NX8 / NX8E Security Control Panels: This feature allows you to use the eight zones on the panel as sixteen normally closed zones. When this feature is used European double E.O.L. configuration cannot be used on the first sixteen zones. THIS FEATURE DOES NOT INCREASE THE TOTAL NUMBER OF AVAILABLE ZONES BEYOND 48. If one of the sixteen zones must be a fire zone, it must be one of zones 1 to 8. The corresponding upper zone will become unavailable. For example, if zone 6 is a fire zone, then zone 14 will not be available.
When used with NX6 Security Control Panel: This feature allows you to use the six zones on the panel as twelve normally closed zones. When this feature is used, zone seven cannot be a two-wire smoke zone and European double E.O.L. configuration cannot be used. THIS FEATURE DOES NOT INCREASE THE TOTAL NUMBER OF AVAILABLE ZONES BEYOND 16. Zones 7 - 12 should not be programmed as ôFire" zone types when Zone Doubling is used. If one of the twelve zones must be a fire zone, it must be one of zones 1 to 6. The corresponding upper zone will become unavailable. For example, if zone 6 is a fire zone, then zone 12 will not be available
