GET ONLINE CONNECTION TO YOUR SIMON SECURITY SYSTEM

GE Security offers this Ethernet Interface Module. The Ethernet Interface Module provides the ability to control and monitor a Simon system (version 4.0 and higher) using premisesconnect.com. This module connects to a DSL or cable modem (broadband) and reports events to the premisesconnect.com website. Ethernet cable not included. This module may also be used for TCP/IP alarm reporting with an Osborne-Hoffman receiver.

Simon« 3 is a self-contained wireless security panel that offers up to 24 zones of intrusion and fire protection and that complies with SIA CP-01 False Alarm Standards. With a built-in touchpad, siren, and status speaker that provides voice messages for feedback, the panel is well suited for use in residential applications.

Simon works with both Crystal and SAW Learn Mode sensors. Optional modules are available to control lights and appliances, heating and cooling systems, and communicate to a central monitoring station. The user can also arm or disarm the system and activate features using remote phone control.
