The A&D LifeSource® UC-322 Personal Weight Scale is an accurate method of tracking your weight loss or gain and body mass index. With 0.1 lb increments, it is easy to notice even the smallest weight loss or gain. Sized smaller than an average sheet of paper, the UC-322 has a capacity of 330 lbs. to accommodate people of all sizes and weights.

The UC-322 provides dual memory zones with 15 memory recall each. By using the total 30 memory capacity, two individuals can track over 2 weeks of weight trend (one measurement per day). Automatically calculates Body Mass Index (BMI) according to weight-to-height ratio.

MANAGE YOUR WEIGHT WITH YOUR COMPUTER AND THE WEIGHT DIARY

The Weight Diary is designed to enhance usage of the UC-322 Personal Scale. It accepts not only your weight data to show trend and BMI, but also your daily diet and activity in order to build a record of your eating habits.

Instructions for download and installation:

1. Click on the link to Download the lb (.exe) or kg (.exe) version of your choice.
2. Save the file to your desktop or a folder on your hard drive.
3. When the program has finished downloading, click on the Install button to begin the installation.
4. Click OK in the installation location dialog box.
5. Look for the folder called "Weight Diary" on your desktop or browse to it on your hard drive.
6. Close all other programs.
7. Double click on the Weight Diary Folder to open it.
8. Double click on setup.exe to begin the installation.
9. Click on the big square button with the computer image to start the installation.
10. Click Continue.
11. Browse to your Weight Diary in your programs folder.
12. To create a shortcut, right click on the Weight Diary program and copy the short cut to your desktop.
